Release This Weekend: The 3 Voices of Personal Revelation Study Guide

We have announced that it was coming and this weekend we will be releasing The 3 Voices of Personal Revelation Study Guide with its companion visual illustration. Their purpose is to be a practical guide to discerning the three voices of personal revelation. This study guide and visual illustration are also a complement to The Doctrine of Christ Study Guide. This new study guide should help any person develop more recognition of the differing voices and gain more confidence in their personal discernment.

That Ye May Know With a Perfect Knowledge

In speaking of the Light of Christ, Stephen R. Covey once characterized our relationship to by saying, “We are like fish who discover water last.” I think you could extend that characterization of our relationship to all three voices of personal revelation. We are so enveloped in the constant exposure to these three differing voices that we find it very difficult to discern which is which. And yet, Moroni teaches such a profound contrast by saying:

For behold, my brethren, it is given unto you to judge, that ye may know good from evil; and the way to judge is as plain, that ye may know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night –Moroni 7:15

Without the ability to discern one voice from another, it is very difficult for a person to progress in their journey to a complete dependence upon the Savior. We need now, more than ever, to know our own voice from voices of light and from voices of darkness.

We look forward to sharing it with you this weekend.
